Dave is outstanding ! My client was a judgment creditor of a deceased landowner. Dave was hired by the estate administrator to sell several parcels of property to satisfy our judgment. I watched Dave, because of the nature of the work, face many obstacles (which were not of his own making) that would have stalled-out many, many real estate sales professions. Not Dave. He was like a dog-on-a-bone. He was able to get the highest and best price for the estate. If I had property to sell, I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Dave rocks !!

Hello - I must say Dave was very cooperative, knowledgeable, and communicated well during the course of marketing and selling my property. He went out of his way to try to find information that would be helpful, or to contact other people to get the latest information on circumstances involving the property I was selling. To be honest selling this property was very difficult in many ways, and the market did not support a great opportunity for a sell, so ultimately I decided to sell it even under less that ideal conditions, but none of this would have been possible without Dave's support, marketing, and negotiating skills. Dave and his real estate partner Melissa helped me sell my home in Farragut after I had moved out of the country and had concluded an unsuccessful contract with another agent.
